Alkaline, Highly Concentrated, Non-Foaming Cleaner - Ideal for Pipe Cleaning
Overview
This is a powerful, non-foaming alkaline CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaner, specifically designed for use in pipe systems. Its ability to withstand high temperatures, thanks to its chlorine-free formula, makes it ideal for cleaning in demanding environments. The non-foaming properties ensure effective cleaning inside pipes without causing blockages or buildup.
Instructions
Before applying, rinse the area or items to be cleaned.
Circulate or pre-mix DM Clean Super for cleaning CIP systems or the interior of pipes. After the recommended contact time, thoroughly rinse with cold water.
Dilution and Application
Wet feeding systems: Add 3-4% DM Clean Super. Circulate the solution for 1 to 2 hours, then rinse thoroughly.
Milking systems: Add 0.5-2% DM Clean Super. Circulate the solution for 30 minutes at a temperature of 40-80°C.
Tank systems: Add 0.5-1% DM Clean Super. Circulate the solution for at least 30 minutes.
After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with cold water.
